Infill extension to form new reception office and archive room and remodeling of existing waiting area to form play area and disabled toilet facilities. 

 

After tendering for the project and securing it but prior to commencement, a member of the public drove their car through the waiting room requiring immediate works to make safe and secure. This remedial work was then added into our main contract via the insurance department.
