The new respite centre project entailed removal of trees and earth moving works with new substructure including rainwater harvesting.
The traditional superstructure with timber roof trusses and tiled roof coverings to form bedroom with ensuites, specialist bathing facilities including hoists, offices, kitchens and meeting rooms.
The new services include warden call, solar panels, underfloor heating and electrical installations.
The continuous coordination with the end user was required throughout the project.
