Re-Cladding & Refurbishment of Storage Depot JHP Storage Ltd, Elsham Wold Ind Ext. North Lincs

The project involved the complete removal of the existing roof and wall cladding and subsequent re-cladding including the installation of roof lights. The project also included new Facing brickwork and internal leaf block work as well as insulated sectional doors and aluminium windows and doors.

The internal offices were constructed using structural steelwork and jumbo metal stud partitioning to form a division between the offices and storage area. Internally plasterboard stud walls and aluminium glazed screens with suspended ceilings, carpet and vinyl floor coverings. The offices also included a kitchen, laboratory, offices, storage areas and lobby.

The works were carried out whilst the adjoining grain warehouse and adjacent offices remained operational. Daily liaison with the occupiers of these buildings took place to ensure that our works had no detrimental effect on their business. Free access was maintained throughout the project for articulated lorries to the grain storage areas.
