The works required to the rear left hand corner section of the property following subsidence damage.
The objective was to carry out underpinning works following bore holes which were to ascertain ground conditions.
All works carried out involved the minimal disturbance to surrounding areas which were reinstated upon completion of excavation works and protection was paramount to ensure the safety of the workforce and the policy holder due to deep excavations along with protecting the policy holders property at all times during the works in progress.
