Scope of Works
The construction of a five bedroomed detached house with double garage, games room and sun room on the clients own land.
Description of Works
The design for the house was produced by the Gelder Group’s Design Team based on the client’s requirement, with careful selection of the materials used for the external fabric of the building. The completed structure blended well into the village environment. Internally the construction used space and light to the upmost advantage along with underfloor heating, solar panels and modern insulation methods.
