Sod cutting ceremony 8th September 2005
A sod cutting ceremony was held on the site of the proposed new ?1.9 million Primary School at Witham St Hughes, Lincoln to celebrate the commencement of the contract.The ceremony was attended by dignitaries from the Education Authority, Lincolnshire County Council and North Kesteven District Council.
