Inspirational Gelder Apprentices

The Gelder Group is very proud of their apprentices with the inspired way in which they approach their work. This has been shown in the renovation of River Cottage where they have proved to be forward thinking and motivational for both themselves and for their peers.

Under some supervision the work is progressing as planned and is due to be completed for the Royal Visit by HRH. The Duke of Gloucester on 17th June. They have achieved the excellent results so far with their strategic planning and analytical attitude towards problem solving which will help them to gain the results they want in their studies.

In order for them to complete their NVQ they must provide evidence of the work that they can achieve and what better way than to utlise their skills by renovating something close to home and so important to the Gelder Group.

We at the Gelder Group support and value the young people of today and see that they are the future of many industries including construction and are very proud to be involved in so many projects with both the schools and colleges and with the National Apprenticeship Scheme.
