The new division joins the Group's six existing divisions as follows:-
Major Contracts
Design and Build
Small Works and Maintenance
New Homes
Insurance Repair and Renovation
Structural Solutions.
The new division is headed by newly appointed Plumbing & Heating Manager Brian Credland. Joining him are seven existing employees and three new.
Brian is responsible for expanding the division's domestic and commercial client base and has already secured over ?200,000 worth of new business, including a toilet refurbishment at Lincolnshire Police Headquarters in Nettleham, plumbing works to a new school at Witham St Hughs, which is being constructed by the Company's Major Contracts Division.
The division will also work within the Company's Small Works and Maintenance Division on a rolling contract with a Housing Association.
