The Gelder Group?s Insurance, Repair & Renovation Division recorded a 108% jump in like for like July sales when compared to July 2005. New instructions rose from 115 in July 2005 to 239 in July 2006.
Construction Director Dave Gladwin, pictured, commented that ?July is normally a quieter month for our Insurance Repair & Renovation Division. The increase in instruction volumes is due to us having a larger market share as opposed to any freak weather events?
The increase in market share is partially due to the Group?s ability to take instructions over a much wider geographically area, following the introduction of a North Midlands Division.
North Midlands Divisional Manager Michael Millership commented that ?Months of team building and greater relationships with existing and new clients is beginning to pay dividends. Since our introduction we have seen a steady increase in business and the results speak for themselves, however I feel we are only scratching the surface of our full potential.?
Average claim values are currently running at ?2,200.00 and the Group?s Insurance Repair & Renovation Division is currently on course to record, record annual sales of over 5 million, a 25% increase on 2005.
