The new accommodation, which will require some modernisation work, is situated on the former Dunholme air field and was constructed in 1957. It comprises of 17,500 square feet of office and warehouse facilities situated on a 2.2 acre site.
Gelder Group Managing Director Steve Gelder commented that the site would help facilitate the Group?s further expansion. In particular it would provide enough space to operate the Group?s proposed re-cycling facility, details of which will be made public later in the year.

New 17,500 Square Feet Premises Purchased
On 3rd January the Gelder Group completed the purchase of a former Air Force warehouse and office building at Dunholme, just five minutes up the road from the company?s existing premises.The new accommodation, which will require some modernisation work, is situated on the former Dunholme air field and was constructed in 1957.
