RSS FeedNVQ Training in the Lincoln Insurance Repair and Renovation Department
The Lincoln Head Office Insurance Repair and Renovation Department have now successfully completed NVQ training to over 70% of the department, the latest to complete their NVQ is Pat Richmond. The remainder of staff are well on their way to completing their NVQ’s this year.
Divisional Manager, Paul Massam commented “this is part of the ongoing investment in the Lincoln Insurance Repair and Renovation Division and strengthens an already highly skilled and diverse management team”.
The confirmation for clients that all management are NVQ accredited can only go to increase our clients confidence that their projects are handled by a skilled management team.
Some members of our team are now requesting to go to the next level of NVQ accreditation after completing their initial qualification, which goes to prove the enthusiasm of staff to increase their skill set.
