New Contract for LACE Housing
LACE Housing have awarded The Gelder Group the contract for the construction of 21 two bedroom flats together with communal facilities and external works at Lincoln.
Ground investigation works were carried out on 16th / 17th October to establish ground stability with a view to commencing construction works in December.
The Gelder Group Site Manager on this project will be Cliff Meyer. Jolene Gray will be the Contracts Surveyor for this 52 week, ?1.6 Million project.
