Group Receive Top Marks for Audit
The Gelder Group were pleased to receive top marks in their recent UK Assistance Audit.
UK Assistance manage building insurance claims for various insurers including, Churchill, Prudential and Direct Line. Area Manager Ken Turton commented ?I am encouraged by your (Gelder Group?s) commitment to working with RBS Insurance (UK Assistance) and look forward to developing your area and partnership further?
The Gelder Group?s North Midlands Divisional Manager Mick Millership commented ?UK Assistance is a very important customer to the Gelder Group?s Insurance, Repair & Renovation Division. Turnover on UK Assistance claims in 2007 topped ?0.5 million, which represents 6% of the division?s sales. We are delighted that we have again passed our audit.?
