Business Development Team Visit Wembley Stadium

On the 15^th October the Gelder Group?s Business Development Team received training on comfort zones, paradigms and the seven behaviours of successful people.

The training was held in box 3005 Wembley Stadium, which gave an excellent back drop for both the training and discussions that took place afterwards.  These included the drawing up of individual, group and company action plans all of which will be implemented during the course of the next 12 months.

The world changes at an ever faster pace. Individuals and organisations must therefore constantly change or ?shift their paradigms? to survive and prosper.

Following the preparation of individual, group and company action plans, a tour of Wembley Stadium took place, culminating with each team member lifting the FA Cup.
