On the 10th October 2008, Martin Bellamy, Relationship Manager for Halifax General Insurance attended the Group?s Central Midlands Office, Kettering, to give training support to the Insurance Repair & Renovation Division.
Employees from all aspects of the Insurance Repair & Renovation Division attended the training day, including: Surveyors, contracts managers, claims managers and divisional managers.
The training day focused on communications between the Gelder Group (contractor) and the client (policy holder) throughout the duration of an insurance claim. Divisional Manager, Bill Gilsenan and Martin Bellamy wanted everyone to have a clear understanding of the requirements each party have, thus ensuring policy holders are given the best service.
Feedback from the training was extremely positive and plans are already being made to make these training days a regular occurrence.
