Training Academy well on way to acheieving PASMA training targets

Over 100 operatives from our offices at Lincoln, Barlborough and Kettering have now received training in the safe use of access equipment, attending PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturers Association) training courses run by our River Cottage Training Academy.

The Group?s aim is for all trade personnel to have PASMA cards by March 2009.

Following the March target being achieved, Gelder Group?s Training Academy team will commence a roll out of the course for the Group?s army of sub-contractors.

Training Manager, Mike Johnson, commented ?the feedback from the courses has been excellent? adding that ?the Gelder Group has seen a significant increase in the use of access towers and platforms during the past 2 years?.
