RSS FeedPhase 2 of LACE Housing Project Complete
On 27th February the construction of four, 2 bedroom flats and five 2 bedroom bungalows was completed at Phase 2, Olsen Court, Lincoln for our clients LACE Housing.
To enable this project to be delivered within our client?s tight timescale a timber frame structure clad in facing brickwork and Sto render was chosen on to a raft foundation.
The project is located at the centre our clients existing care home facilities and so careful consideration and planning was required by our management team to ensure that disruption to the residents, visitors and staff of LACE housing was kept to a minimum.
The ?850,000 scheme is the first part of the Phase 2 project. Phase 3 which consists of 21 flats is due to be completed in early April 2009.
