On Tuesday 23rd February 2010, Optimax Property Services National Network Manager, Alan Friend, joined Gelder Group's North Midlands Regional Manager, Mick Millership and his team training on schedule updates with additional focus on customer care.
Alan, pictured right, who is well known in the insurance building repair industry commented, 'it was a great day, I love getting out and meeting with our Contractors. The lads at Gelder Group are a great bunch; they know the industry inside and out and are very focused on customer care'.
Divisional Manager, Mick Millership, commented, 'it's always a pleasure to welcome senior insurance personalities into our offices. That fact that Alan stayed so long and joined in with our training event was really appreciated by my team'.
