Major Contracts Division Introduces Business Improvement Team

As part of the restructuring of the Major Contracts Division a Business Improvement Team has now been established with the aim of sustaining business through retention of clients and developing new strategies with regards to design and build contracts and frameworks.

The team member?s skills along with the company?s aims have always been in existence within the Gelder Group; however everyone was in agreement that focusing these in more direct manner was the next stage in company growth.

The new business improvement team will work alongside Business Improvement Consultant Louise Lado-Byrnes who has many years experience in the construction and business sector.
