RSS FeedWorks Complete at Skegness RUFC
On the 5th November we met with our client East Lindsey District Council and the design team for a final inspection of the Skegness RUFC Clubhouse extensions, alteration and refurbishment.
The ?1M project comprises of 8 changing rooms and officials facilities with showers and toilets, tea point, external store, laundry store and extension to the existing clubhouse to form lounge, bar, toilets and kitchen, a new car park was also formed together with pedestrian paving.
Mr Aeneas Richardson, Team Leader - Business Development for East Lindsey District Council commented ' All the Gelder Group staff were extremely helpful throughout the project offering general construction advice and creative solutions to a number of challenges encountered. Additional works were priced efficiently and communicated to the client. The quality of workmanship was high and extra staff were provided to complete on schedule. Regular health and safety reports were forwarded to the client and the contractor was very aware of the project impact on neighbours and worked proactively to limit site / operational inconvenience. An excellent working relationship was maintained throughout the duration of the project.'
