Group End Year on Positive Note with New 1.86M Contract
Gelder Group ended the year on a positive note signing a ?1.86m contract with Longhurst Group to deliver 12 flats and 8 houses in Lincoln.
The Design and Build contract will start early in 2010 and take 50 weeks to complete.
Group Managing Director Steve Gelder commented that ?he was absolutely delighted that Longhurst had chosen the Gelder Group to deliver this project, the third major housing project awarded to the Company by Longhurst in the past 4 months?.
