RSS FeedGelder Training progresses to Judges Visit for the National Training Awards 2012
Gelder Group is proud to announce that our National Training Award 2012 application has been put through to a judge’s visit. The visit is set to take place on Tuesday 7thAugust between 09:30 – 12:30 and will assess our application in great detail. The prestige award is scored on many factors including the outcomes and benefits of specific training, performance measured systems, training plans and the evaluation and benefit to the company from the training it offers.
Group Training Manager Mike Johnson commented “This is a fantastic achievement; it’s the ‘Oscars’ in the Training Achievements and one that we are extremely proud off. To be recognised at such a high level for our complete training programme highlights the development and commitment Gelder Training has been working on over the past 5years. We look forward to welcoming NTA Judges Stuart Almond and Frank Lord when they tour the site meeting many of our employees.”
