The Gelder Group Insurance Repair and Renovation Division have appointed Louisa Sharpe, formally Senior Co-ordinator at Lincoln, to the manager of its flagship Insurance Repair and Renovation Operation in Lincoln. Louisa becomes the first female to manage any of the Group’s six Insurance Repair and Renovation Offices.
A delighted Louisa, who has just graduated from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with a Degree in Leadership and Management, is relishing her new role and comments “I’ve been with the Gelder Group Insurance Repair and Renovation Division for six years, working my way up through the ranks and I’m absolutely thrilled with my appointment” adding “I’ve set myself some tough targets but I have a brilliant team under me, supportive colleagues and I’m looking forward to building on our reputation for professionalism, quality workmanship and customer care, that is associated by every Gelder Division and associated company”.
Across the Gelder Groups Insurance Repair and Renovation division it handles 6,000 claims annually, has six regional offices and sales of some £20m, 30% or £6m of which are managed and delivered by the Lincoln team.
