RSS FeedNew Role for East Midlands Insurance Repair and Renovation Manager
A re-structure of the Gelder Groups Insurance Repair and Renovation Division has seen Paul Massam promoted to Insurance Operations Manager reporting directly to the Group’s Managing Director Steve Gelder.
Paul has been with the Gelder Group since 2000 starting life as a Contract Manager, then surveyor and then East Midlands Regional Manager with responsibility for the Group’s Insurance Repair and Renovation division activities in Lincoln and Kings Lynn as well as being part of its three man management team.
The new structure for the Group’s Insurance Repair and Renovation Division will see its senior management team reduce from three to two, Paul Massam and Mick Millership, with Bill Gilsenan leaving the company.
On the promotion Paul comments “I am delighted with the outcome of the recent re-structure” adding “the new role gives me the freedom to set up new systems, spend time with our regional office teams and to problem solve – something I really enjoy doing”.
Paul’s starts his new role at our Kettering office where he is conducting a 3 months overhaul of our existing systems, procedures and working practices before moving on to pilot new video streaming system with a major insurer.
