RSS FeedGelder Group Major Contracts win 1st order for 2013
The Major contracts Division have secured a prestigious contract for Lincolnshire County Council to build a New Sports Hall and Eight Classroom Building at Gainsborough Queen Elizabeth’s High School.
The £1.56 m project was procured by Mouchel Property on a 2 stage competitive tender process. The Gelder Team will be working closely with the Mouchel Design and Consultancy team during the second stage tender process to ensure that the sub-contract works packages together with the design and specification meet the target cost and design criteria.
Kevin Manterfield said that he was delighted that the Major Contracts division had secured this project against strong competition and to continue with our good working relationship with Lincolnshire County Council and Mouchel Property.
