Exceeding planned sales margin and delivering a sparkling overall performance has earned the Groups Maintenance Team the latest “Team of Champions” cup, meaning that the whole division can enjoy a collective night out courtesy of the Gelder Group.
On presenting the trophy Group Managing Director, Steve Gelder Comments “This Division set itself a target of doubling sales and increasing margin throughout 2012. An extremely tough challenge for the year. Not only have they smashed their sales targets, they have achieved margins, increased customer satisfaction levels, increased forecasted sales for 2013 and they also appear to have had great fun doing it!”
Construction Director Dave Gladwin who has also been overseeing this area of the Group’s development for the past 18 months adds “They are a great team, they constantly maintain a positive attitude and I’m delighted that they have been recognised for their 2012 achievements”.
