Now you see it, now you don't!

Work to a new retail unit on the High Street in Lincoln is progressing well.

The 1st phase of the project was to carefully demolish the existing Next and Sundance Fair Trade Stores.

The stores were surrounded on all sides by a Lloyds T.S.B Bank, British Home Store and access onto the High Street pedestrian area is very restricted.

Despite all of these issues our Project Manager Cliff Meyer has managed to complete this phase of work on programme.

The next stage of the project will involve a 5 week period for archeological excavation work together with site and ground investigation work.

The £1m project is due for completion in September 2013 and the 1,300 sq ft building will form a River Island store.
