Onwards and Upwards for Eco Housing
Work is progressing well with the construction of 12no. high quality code 4 sustainable apartments in Main Street, Newark.
Our client for this project is St. Leonard’s Hospital Trust, a charity who were founded by The Bishop of Lincoln in 1130.
The £1.3m project is to be completed within a 28 week period and this coupled with the site’s tight access and lack of working space is giving our site project manager Alan Smith a number of logistical and planning issues to resolve on a daily basis.
The timberframe with Cedar and rendered facade together with a Sedum roof. The contract is due for completion in April.
