Gelder Group Insurance Repair and Renovation Team - Rewards the Policy Holder
Mrs Denache from Chesterfield completed an On-line survey about the an Insurance Repair she had had completed on her kitchen stating the work had ‘’restored her faith in professional builders following a previous poor experience’’
Glenn Simpson, Contracts Manager from Gelder Group who managed the repair was thrilled to surprise Mrs Denache with a bottle of champagne and commented “It’s great to be able to say thank you to Mrs Denache for completing our survey, we always hope the customer is happy with the work and getting comments like that really motivates us all to continue to do the best for our customers”.
