Visitors Centre built for Horse fans
Work has recently completed on a new Visitor Centre for Bransby Home of Rest for Horses.
The £1.5 million project included extensive alterations and refurbishment of the existing buildings to create a new Visitor Centre including offices, meeting rooms, café and kitchen area. Further works included alterations and refurbishment of the existing farmhouse and the construction of a new Animal Reception Centre with treatment rooms and stables .
The contract commenced in early October 2012 with the Visitor Centre having to be completed for an Easter opening.
Contracts Manager Matt Hodgkins commented that his team found the project to be both enjoyable and challenging through a difficult winter period and wishes Bransby Home of Rest for Horses every success with their new venture.
