Major Contracts division secures £6 million of new work

The Major Contracts division have secured £6m worth of work during the 2nd quarter of 2013. New projects to commence include an extension and refurbishment to Lindsey Lodge Hospice in Scunthorpe, a new Co-operative store in Louth, an extension and refurbishment to the former Guardroom at Hemswell Antiques, 11 No Houses for Waterloo housing in Ilkeston, and extension to Wroot Travis Primary School, an extension and refurbishment to Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln, an extension to Specialised Chemicals in Grantham and an improvement scheme to Freeman Street Market in Grimsby.

Major Contractors Director Kevin Manterfield commented “I’m delighted to have secured this work against fierce competition and was pleased that the division remained on target to exceed their 2013 plan”.
