The Gelder “Team of Champions” cup is awarded to members of staff for exceptional performance, whether this is exceptional customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty or for just being an unsung hero. Recipients are recommended by their colleagues, receive a cup of recognition and £250 to spend with their “team”.
Nick received many nominations for his amazing work developing the companies new IT claims management tool, a development which will save the company thousands of pounds in administration costs and drive up the group’s key performance indicators.
Nick (Pictured) accepted the award on behalf of the whole IT Department. On the award Managing Director Steve Gelder comments “The claims management tool Nick has built is phenomenal, the best in the industry, it will set the group apart from its peers and I am absolutely thrilled to present Nick with the team of champions cup, the first time in 2013 that it’s been handed out”
