Just released is this year’s list of the construction industry’s 50 best employers published by Building Magazine.
For the 5th Year in a row The Gelder Group are one of 50 companies featured in the Good Employer Guide 2013. The selection for the Guide is based on a confidential staff survey and spotlights on the very best employers in the construction sector. The final results are based on a number of factors such as benefits offered by the company along with staff attitude towards a variety of topics including, social responsibility, inspiration, and ability to contribute.
