GET the training arm of the Gelder Group has successfully achieved the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Approved Centre status and is preparing to deliver ILM qualifications from its Training Academy based in Sturton by Stow.
Joining the largest awarding body for leadership and management qualifications in the UK and a global network of accredited centres, GET will offer leadership qualifications in Management, Higher Apprenticeships as well as delving bespoke Leadership and Management training for the Gelder Group and outside organisations. Throughout ILM training, participants work through the skills needed to manage their teams effectively and make sure they are achieving organisational goals.
Mike Johnson Group Training Manager who heads up GET said: “We went through a rigorous approval process to achieve our ILM status and are delighted that we will provide specialist leadership and management qualifications to individuals and employers from our local area. This is a great accolade to achieve and it further demonstrates the growing conference in our training brand through City & Guilds.
