Steve Gelder, CEO of the Gelder Group, today revealed his new senior management team and a new way of working across the group, aimed at focusing the company on an exciting and stretching Vision for 2017.
During the recent visit by Princess Anne, who opened the Gelder Educational Centre, Her Royal Highness launched ‘Vision 2017’, a series of 20 goals that will see the company transform into a national force that is inspiring a new generation in construction.
Steve said, “During the last 9 months the senior management team has been trained and is focusing on a vision of what we would like the company to look like in 2017.
We aim to set our company apart and be recognised as the leader in our field both regionally and nationally. The 20 goals will be delivered through projects that our employees will be invited to lead and support.
There has never been a more exciting time at Gelder Group and I am proud to lead such talented people at a time when our industry is emerging from the recession.”
