The journey continues for Lisle Marsden Student
The students took to the school building site this week to learn more about how we build structures in the modern day.
Staff from Major Contracts met with the children to talk to them about the school build and answer any questions. The children looked at pictures of the site progressing from the first dig to what we can see from our classroom window now.
The children had a great afternoon gaining an understanding of different buildings materials and methods, but of course the best part of the day was wearing hard hats and hi-vis jackets and receiving the Gelder Goodie Bag.
The children sent some kind letters of their thanks.
