An entirely new professional programme designed to give 14 to 19 year olds an exciting alternative path towards an apprenticeship, higher education or employment it equips young people with the skills they need to confidently enter the world of work and pave the way to a successful career whilst helping them stand out from the crowd.

Mike Johnson Group Training Manager commented: “We’ve worked closely with City & Guilds for a long time and when the chance to get involved in the TechBac® came up we seized it immediately. At the Gelder Group we’re all passionate about the importance of increasing skills levels and it’s clear that this applies to our young people as well. As both an employer and a training provider we have a unique understanding of employer needs”.
