Louth Newmarket's New Start
Old Brown’s Garage sees a complete transformation just in time for Christmas.
The opening of a 4,000 sqft Co-op store constructed by Gelder Major Contracts in Louth completes a multi-phased project.
The development included the construction of one large retail unit, 2 smaller retail units and 20 car parking spaces for shoppers. In addition to the retail units, six three-bed town houses for Waterloo Housing Group were built incorporating road widening to the Watts Lane junction for access to the new houses, a new pedestrian footpath and the relocation of the bus stop.
