Phase Two begins at St George's Academy Ruskington

Phase Two begins at St George's Academy Ruskington

Work to complete the latest phase of a £1m extension to St George's Academy's Ruskington Campus is now under way.

Phase two of the extension work is expected to be completed by the summer ready for its new intake in September.

The work forms part of improvements to make the 383-student Ruskington Campus fit for purpose.

Building work was completed on first phase at the end of January.

That created a new hall and four additional classrooms, allowing the academy to extend the range of curriculum subjects on offer.

The second phase, which is now under way, will offer two vocational studies rooms and a new technology suite.
