From small beginnings the Group’s Kings Lynn office has now grown to a Team of 16 with the recent recruitment of Contracts Manager Ray Clark and Claims Manager Debbie Burton who both have over 15 years experience each within the insurance repair industry.On the appointments East Midlands Divisional Manager Paul Massam commented “From starting out with a shared office space in late 2009 the Kings Lynn office has steadily grown on the back of excellent customer service and is now close to outgrowing its current office which it only located to in the second half of 2010. The Kings Lynn office has, like all Gelder Group regional Offices, benefited the extreme cold weather in December with a surge in burst pipe type of water insurance claims that have boosted forward order books by some 113% to 7.3 million during the first 13 weeks of 2011.
