Leicestershire County Council Responsive Repairs
Gelder Maintenance are part of a 3 year £2.9m framework providing an emergency response repair service to public buildings throughout Leicestershire.
Requests for repairs are taken by our dedicated 24 Hour Helpdesk where Maintenance Engineers are tasked to respond within 2 hours for emergency repairs or 2 days for routine works.
All aspects of building repairs are undertaken including joinery, roofing, brickwork and concreting, paths and landscaping, plastering, painting and decorating, drainage, floor and wall finishes.
In addition to responsive repairs, Gelder Maintenance undertake alterations and minor improvements such as toilet refurbishments, DDA adaptations, fire precaution, door replacements and window replacements.
