Official Opening - Birchwood Shopping Centre
The Birchwood Shopping Centre which was completed by the Gelder Groups Major Contracts Division in January this year for our Client The Lincolnshire Co-operative Society.
The £6m project was completed over a 2 year period and involved close liaison with existing shop owners as the Centre had to be kept ‘live’ throughout the construction process.
Lincolnshire Co-operative Chief Executive Ursula Lidbetter, speaking at the official opening, commented ‘the transformation has been so impressive. If you look at photos of the site two years ago, it’s almost unrecognizable to how it looks today’.
