A new addition to the Gelder Group fleet begins work this month. Greentech has taken delivery of a 18 tonne Volvo Skiploader with extending arms to increase its effective operational area and increase efficiency. Greentech’s Operations Manager, Steve Simmons, commented that “with this new lorry we can provide an improved level of customer service by guaranteeing next day service of any skip we have out. The superior lifting equipment on the new vehicle also facilitates hugely improved work efficiency as we will be able to service multiple skips without having to return to base, saving both time and fuel and increase our area of coverage to accommodate the ever increasing work load outside of our existing area”
